Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free UK delivery is available on many qualifying orders over £50. Standard delivery is available on smaller orders for a flat fee where applicable. Supplier and destination exceptions apply; all delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our delivery policy.
Can I get next-day delivery?
Next-working-day delivery is available on selected stocked items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Manufacturer-direct brands take 5–8 working days; other brands normally arrive within 3 working days, with occasional additional delays of 1–2 working days. Check the full brand list and delivery details, or contact us before ordering if your order is urgent.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened items. Contact us to arrange a return.
