Professional silicone sealants engineered for the specific requirements of window and door installation. Every product in this collection uses neutral cure chemistry — meaning no acidic by-products that could stain PVC-U surfaces or corrode coated aluminium frames.
Low modulus formulations absorb thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, making them ideal for perimeter seals around frames that experience temperature movement throughout the year.
Available in RAL-matched colours to blend seamlessly with popular frame finishes, plus standard white, clear and black options. Supplied in standard 310ml cartridges and eco-friendly foil packs that reduce plastic waste on site.
How to Choose the Right Sealant
Perimeter sealing around frames — Use a low-modulus neutral cure silicone. This allows for frame expansion and contraction while maintaining a watertight, flexible seal. Match the colour to the frame finish.
Glazing seals (glass to frame) — Choose a glazing-specific silicone with high UV resistance and excellent adhesion to glass. Neutral cure is essential to avoid damage to sealed units.
Internal finishing (trims and sills) — A standard neutral cure silicone in white or clear gives a clean internal finish. Low-odour formulas are preferable for occupied buildings.
Wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens) — Use a sanitary-grade silicone with built-in fungicide to prevent mould growth in high-moisture environments.
Tool the joint within 5 minutes of application using a wet finger or sealant tool — silicone skins over quickly and cannot be smoothed once set.
