Low Modulus, Neutral Cure Silicone for Multi-Surface Sealing

Biokil Crown LMN Building Silicone Sealant is a premium-grade, low modulus neutral cure (LMN) RTV silicone designed for professional sealing applications. It adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates—including glass, metals, plastics, wood, and PVCu—without the need for priming. With excellent flexibility and weather resistance, it is ideal for both interior and exterior use in construction, glazing, and façade sealing.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Excellent Adhesion: Bonds effectively to most common building materials without priming.
  • Flexible Movement: Accommodates joint movement up to ±50% without cracking.
  • Weather Resistant: Provides durable, long-lasting seals in external environments.
  • Low Dirt Pick-Up: Maintains a clean appearance over time, ideal for PVCu applications.
  • Paint Compatibility: Suitable for use over water-based and solvent-based paints.
  • Conforms to Standards: Meets BS5889 Type A (except clause 9) and ISO11600 F&G 25LM.
