GoPoxy ‘No-Mess’ Epoxy Grout is designed for tilers and fit-out teams who want epoxy performance without the usual chaos. The pre-dosed twin-cartridge tube goes straight into your applicator, with a peel-off surface film that dramatically reduces wipe-down and clean-up time compared to traditional epoxy grouts.

How to Use:

1. Preparation:
• Ensure tiles are fully set before applying
• Ensure tile joints are clean, dry, and free of debris or adhesive.
• Use priming wax or tape to protect tile edges, especially for porous or textured surfaces.
• Always test a small area to confirm compatibility and desired finish.
2. Mixing:
• Insert the GoPoxy tube into the grout gun and attach the nozzle securely.
• Discard the first 30–40 cm of grout to ensure proper mixing of the two components.
3. Application:
• Apply slowly to fill joints completely, avoiding air bubbles.
• It is mandatory to carry out a test on a small inconspicuous area to test suitability for your job, before applying to the whole job. 
• Use GoPoxy finishing tools for a smooth, professional result.
4. Curing:

• Working time when dispensed: 30 Mins

• Final Curing Time: 6-12 Hours depending on temperature.

5. Storage:
• Store between 8–18°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the cap is replaced tightly after use.

Additional Recommendations:

• Always conduct a compatibility test in an inconspicuous area.
• Do not use on terracotta tiles or surfaces that may be altered by epoxy.
• Yellowing can occur with white pigments, especially under prolonged UV exposure. Minimize direct sunlight for a fresher appearance.
• Avoid diluting or altering the product in any way.
• For unused grout, seal the tube with the cap, and replace the nozzle for later use.
• Due to the waterproof nature of Gopoxy, there can be a slight sheen under specific lighting. Always test in a small area to ensure the finish matches your preferences.

• Gopoxy Epoxy Range is not UV resistant and lighter colours may fade over time in sunlight. If using outdoors, select an outdoor specific product from our 'outdoor' or 'poly' range of grouts.

Aftercare

For best results, clean tiled areas grouted with GoPoxy using pH-neutral cleaners only. Avoid the use of acid or alkaline cleaning products, as these can damage the grout surface and compromise its finish. Regular gentle cleaning will help maintain the appearance and performance of your grout for years to come.
