Delivery detailsSolvent-Free, Two-Part Epoxy Waterproofing System for Concrete and Masonry
Biokil Crown Epoxy Tanking is a high-performance, two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating formulated to provide a durable, chemical- and water-resistant barrier to internal concrete and masonry surfaces. Suitable for tanking basements, retaining walls, inspection pits, and plant rooms, it cures to form a tough, impermeable membrane that resists both moisture ingress and negative hydrostatic pressure. It also serves as a protective coating in areas subject to high humidity or chemical exposure.
Key Features & Benefits
- Water & Vapour Barrier: Provides long-lasting protection against water ingress, damp, and vapour transmission.
- Solvent-Free Formula: Low odour and safe for use in confined or sensitive environments.
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to a wide range of mild acids, alkalis, and cleaning chemicals.
- Negative & Positive Pressure: Suitable for areas exposed to water pressure from either side of the structure.
- Easy to Apply: Can be applied by roller, brush, or airless spray in two coats.
