High-Performance Injection Cream for Long-Term Rising Damp Protection
Biokil Crown Biodry DPC Cream (5L) is a silane/siloxane-based injection cream developed to stop rising damp in brick, stone, and mortar constructions. Formulated for deep penetration and permanent water repellency, it creates an effective chemical damp-proof course (DPC) once injected into mortar beds. Supplied in bulk for large-scale application, it is ideal for professional use in refurbishment and remedial damp-proofing works.
The cream is odourless, solvent-free, and easy to apply using standard electric or manual injection pumps. It diffuses into the wall substrate and reacts with moisture to form a durable barrier, preventing moisture from rising through capillary action.
Key Features & Benefits
- Long-Term Damp Protection: Effectively controls rising damp by forming a water-repellent barrier.
- Silane/Siloxane Formula: Deep penetrating chemistry ensures excellent diffusion and durability.
- Ideal for Large Projects: Supplied in 5L container for efficient application across multiple walls or properties.
- Low Hazard: Odourless, solvent-free, and suitable for use in occupied buildings.
- Compatible Substrates: Suitable for solid wall construction including brick, stone, blockwork, and mortar.
