About Our Multi-Tool Blades
Oscillating multi-tool blades designed specifically for window and door installation work. Whether you are removing old sash beading, cutting sealant and silicone, trimming door linings or flush-cutting timber, these blades deliver fast, precise cuts in tight spaces where a circular saw cannot reach.
All blades feature universal fitment compatible with Starlock, OIS and standard oscillating tool interfaces — fitting Bosch, Fein, Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee and all other major brands.
Available individually and in trade multi-packs for better value on site consumables.
How to Choose the Right Blade
Bi-metal blades — The all-round workhorse for window installers. Cuts timber, uPVC, aluminium trims and old sealant. High-speed steel teeth on a flexible body give long life and clean cuts.
Carbide-tipped blades — For cutting through hardened materials, old screws in frames, and abrasive materials like cement board. Last significantly longer than bi-metal in tough applications.
Segment blades (semicircular) — Best for plunge cuts into flat surfaces, cutting around fixings, and trimming in corners. The curved edge lets you rock into the cut.
Wide straight blades — Ideal for sash and bead removal. Slide behind the bead and cut along the full length in one pass.
Keep a spare bi-metal blade taped to your multi-tool case — a dull blade on the last sash of the day costs more in time than the blade is worth.
