Delivery details

The Bower Beam method of joist-end replacement eliminates most of the work of the traditional methods and leaves the floor joist as strong as before and clear of the damp wall.

It involves:

1. Cutting the joist end back to sound wood and applying preservative treatment.

2. Fixing a Biokil Crown Bower Beam to a joist end and into the existing wall socket.
