How long does delivery take?: Standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched same day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you offer next-day delivery?: Next-day delivery is available on most stocked items when ordered before 2pm. Select the express delivery option at checkout.
What are your delivery charges?: We offer free standard delivery on orders over £50. A flat-rate delivery charge applies to smaller orders. Full details are shown at checkout.
Do you deliver to trade sites and commercial addresses?: Yes — we deliver to residential, commercial, and trade site addresses across mainland UK.

Are your products available in bulk or trade quantities?: Yes. Many of our products are available in multipacks, boxes, and trade bulk quantities. If you need a larger quantity than listed, get in touch for a trade quote.
What size glazing packers do I need?: Packer size depends on the gap you're filling and the application. Common sizes are 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm for flat packers, and 15mm, 20mm, and 28mm for bridge and wedge packers. See our glazing packers guide for full sizing advice.
Do your screws work with uPVC frames?: Yes — our range includes screws specifically designed for uPVC window and door frames, including self-tapping and self-drilling options in appropriate gauges.

What is your returns policy?: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged?: In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Do you offer trade pricing?: Yes — we offer discounted trade pricing for window installers, glaziers, builders, and contractors. Apply for a trade account and we'll get you set up.
